The Sunday Riley products featured on the Site are representative of Sunday Riley’s collection. We try to ensure that products presented on this Site are available for purchase, however there may be products listed which are offered on a pre-sale or which are backordered. If the product is a pre-sale item or backordered, it will be clearly marked on the product’s shopping page. The designs and colors of the Sunday Riley packaging featured on the Site may be modified without prior notice.
We have made every effort to display the products featured on this Site as accurately as possible. You hereby agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless Sunday Riley, its subsidiaries and affiliated companies as well as their representatives, directors, employees and shareholders from and against any lawsuit, damages, losses, costs and expenses, including but not limited to any reasonable lawyers’ fees and legal costs ensuing from or connected to your use of this Site. Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit Sunday Riley’s liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud or for any liability which cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

Applicable Law

These Terms, your use of this Site and any dispute between us shall be governed by the laws of the State of Texas and you agree to submit to mediation in the State of Texas.
