Purchasing

All aspects of your online ordering and/or purchase will be performed by or on behalf of Sunday Riley Modern Skincare, LLC (referred to here as “Sunday Riley” or “We”). Online purchases from this section of the Site may be made by residents of the U.S., for delivery to clients in the mainland U.S.A., Hawaii, and Alaska. We can also ship internationally.

Pricing and Payment Options

While we try to ensure that all prices on our Site are accurate, errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price of the merchandise you have ordered, we will give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or canceling it. If we are unable to contact you, we will treat the order as canceled. Risk of loss or damage to products you order on this Site passes to you on delivery of the products, title passes once we have received payment in full for the products.

Prices displayed on the Site are quoted in U.S. dollars. We accept the following forms of payment for online purchases:

American Express, Mastercard and Visa.

The transaction will be charged to your credit card only after we have verified your card details, received credit authorization, confirmed stock availability, and your order is ready to be shipped. Your credit card will not be charged at the time you submit your order.

 
Sales Tax

We charges state, local and county taxes on online transactions, as required by applicable laws. Please note that your on-screen transaction total reflects estimated tax. The actual sales tax will be calculated when your order is shipped and may vary from the estimated tax in case of law change.

 
Shipping Methods and Fees

We offer the following shipping methods. UPS Ground - $0.00 UPS 2nd Day Air - $11.95 UPS Next Day Air - $15.95 US Postal Service - $0.00 Some methods may not be applicable to your shipping area (please see Shipping Rules and Regulations below). Express orders are processed the same day if the order is received prior to 1pm CST. To estimate the total delivery time for your purchase, please allow one to two business days to process your order for shipment, in addition to the time indicated by your preferred shipping method (i.e. UPS next day, second-day, ground.) Orders are normally processed within 24 hours Monday-Friday, exluding holidays. Orders received after 1pm CST on Friday, Saturday, Sunday and all major holidays will be processed within 24 hours of the following business day. We cannot be responsible for unanticipated delays.

 
Shipping Rules and Regulations
We reserve the right to hold an order up to 48 hours before shipping. You will be notified if there is an issue. Alaska and Hawaii - select UPS 2nd Day Air or United States Postal Service only. APO/FPO/PO Boxes - select United States Post Office only. U.S. Protectorates - select USPS only. At this time we do not offer shipping to more than one location per order.

 
Tracking

If you choose UPS shipping, you will receive a tracking number upon completion of your order. You can log into UPS at anytime to track your order. Please allow at least two business days for the order to be processed and handled before being shipped.

 
Return Policy for Online Purchases
Products can be returned to us for any reason whether it is used or unused within 30 days of purchase. Each shipment includes instructions for returning merchandise. To return or exchange merchandise, please enclose your receipt (noting on the front side the reason for your return and the action you wish taken), and ship your package pre-paid and insured. Should you have any questions concerning a return, please contact us at returns@sundayriley.com. Please note: Only items purchased on www.sundayriley.com may be accepted for a return or exchange. We will not refund or exchange any items purchased at a store location. Only items purchased are refunded. Shipping and handling costs will not be refunded. If an item is broken or damaged in transit, please contact customer service within 30 days for a replacement. Items will not be replaced after 30 days.

 
Changes/Cancellations

Please email customerservice@sundayriley.com to cancel a purchase. Please note: If an order has been shipped we can not cancel the order.
